Our Process

​Step1: Intake Meeting

Job descriptions are a great tool but, as engineers ourselves, we know that there’s much more to a position than a list of programming language requirements. We believe that the fastest way to a perfect match begins with a short technical conversation with the hiring team.

Step 2: Bi-Directional Assessment Tests

Recruitful believes that the best new hires are the ones that match both the technical ability and the personality of the existing team. Using the information gathered during the intake meeting, we create a custom tailored set of tests designed to assess both these areas. The tests are first administered to members of the hiring team, then later to all potential candidates.

Step 3: Talent Matching

Using the results from the assessment tests, our proprietary matching algorithm identifies technically qualified candidates who best align with the hiring team’s personality.

Step 4: Candidate Concierge

While algorithms and tests drive the matching process, the human element is what moves top talent across the finish line. Our recruiters help candidates navigate the entire process, helping to answer questions and remove roadblocks.

Step 5: Presentation & Interview

Only the top qualified candidates are presented to to the hiring manager and while we work with traditional tools like email and VMS we prefer clients use our very own mobile app.  With a few swift swipes the manager can view the candidate’s highlights, review their resume and even set up a phone or on-site interview.

Step 6: Review

After each interview we get detailed feedback on the candidate performance which we use to update our matching model and improve its accuracy for you over time.​
